Frequently asked questions

Do you invest your own capital?

No. We act as structuring partners: we originate the transaction and place it with debt funds, banks, pension funds and institutional private capital in Mexico and the United States.

What is your ticket size?

In Mexico, from $1M to $100M USD per project; in the United States, from $10M to $500M USD. In debt, equity or a combination of both.

Which asset classes do you structure?

Industrial, BTS and data centers; vertical and horizontal developments; hospitality, mixed use and land for development.

How is the investor’s position protected?

Through a trust: capital is disbursed within the vehicle, with cash-flow control, collateral over assets and receivables, and traceability throughout the investment.

At what stage do you get involved?

From planning: site selection and land acquisition, financing structure and trust set-up, through closing.

What is your coverage in the United States?

We operate from Chihuahua, Mexico, with a network of funds, developers and brokers in the United States who refer and present projects.
